About the Role
We are hiring Academic Counsellors (Inside Sales) to convert interested leads into enrollments for Specular Learning programs.
This is a target-driven sales role, ideal for candidates who are confident in handling calls, explaining courses, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with inbound & assigned leads
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Explain course details, outcomes, and pricing clearly
Handle objections and convert leads into enrollments
Conduct follow-ups to close deals
Maintain lead data and updates in CRM / tracker
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years experience
Inside Sales / Tele-calling / EdTech Sales
Strong communication & convincing skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling.
Target-oriented mindset (weekly/monthly closures)
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Not suitable for:
HR recruiters
Non-sales profiles
Candidates uncomfortable with targets/calling
