Academic Counsellor

Siddhii Professionalss – a pioneer in CMA coaching with over 15+ years of excellence – is looking for a front desk counsellor to lead admissions and branch operations at our different Branches

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to guide students and parents on professional courses, manage admissions, and ensure smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling & Admissions

·       Call database and generate walk-ins through effective communication

·       Counsel students and parents on professional courses and career opportunities

·       Guide students on course structure, eligibility, and program benefits

·       Achieve monthly admission targets via calls, walk-ins, and referrals

·       Maintain regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions

·       Update and manage enquiry and student database with accurate records

·       Track leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and share daily reports with Head Office

·       Coordinate with faculty and manage schedules, batch timings, and classroom readiness

·       Handle fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain proper documentation

·       Support seminars, marketing activities, and ensure student engagement & satisfaction

 Candidate Profile:

·       Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce / Management preferred)

·       0–2 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or centre management (education sector preferred)

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·       Strong coordination and leadership ability

·       Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / CRM tools 

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
