Handle enquiries from students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ academic background, career interests, and training requirements.
Counsel students regarding suitable biomedical training programs and career opportunities.
Explain course structure, duration, fees, eligibility, training methodology, and placement support.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain and update the student/lead database and follow-up tracker.
Achieve assigned admission and lead-conversion targets.
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain proper records of every interaction.
Coordinate with the Academic and Technical Teams regarding student requirements.
Support college visits, campus drives, seminars, workshops, and admission campaigns.
Coordinate with students during the admission and onboarding process.
Collect and verify required student documents.
Maintain a complete and updated student list.
Provide regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and pending cases.
Identify reasons for non-conversion and take appropriate follow-up action.
Collect student feedback and communicate concerns to the concerned team
