Academic Counsellor

• Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads) and provide information about available courses and programs.

• Counsel students and parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility, courses, and career opportunities.

• Follow up with potential students to ensure conversions from inquiries to admissions.

• Assist students in completing application forms and documentation.

• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or database systems.

• Coordinate and participate in admission events, education fairs, seminars, and open houses.

• Achieve individual and team admission targets as set by the management.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic departments.

• Keep updated knowledge of academic programs, admission policies, and fee structures.

• Provide post-admission support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred).
