We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Workshop Manager / Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automobile workshop. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high customer satisfaction while managing workshop productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the automobile workshop.
• Supervise and lead technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff.
• Ensure timely and quality repair and maintenance of vehicles.
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and performance.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan and allocate work to technicians effectively.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and workshop tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare service reports, monitor KPIs, and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and delivery timelines.
