Technical Manager (Society – Electrical & MEP Operations)

Aarna Secure Services is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the electrical, mechanical, and maintenance operations of residential/commercial societies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical systems, DG sets, pumps, lifts, STP/WTP, fire-fighting systems, and other utility equipment while leading the maintenance team.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 (CTC) + Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical systems in the society.

• Ensure smooth functioning of HT/LT panels, DG sets, transformers, lifts, water pumps, STP, WTP, and fire-fighting systems.

• Monitor daily maintenance activities and attend electrical breakdowns on priority.

• Coordinate with electricians, technicians, and vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing of all equipment.

• Inspect electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and service reports.

• Coordinate with society management and residents regarding technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Procure spare parts and maintenance materials after obtaining quotations and approvals.

• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper operation of backup systems.

• Follow all statutory safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Prepare monthly maintenance reports and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / BTech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 2–6+ years in residential societies, commercial buildings, facility management, or MEP maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, DG operations, HT/LT panels, pumps, lifts, STP/WTP, and fire safety systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and lead a maintenance team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office for preparing reports and documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and electrical compliance standards is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
