The incumbent:

Should be an ITI qualified Fitter / Welder
Should have at least 5-6 years of experience preferably in Extra Hight Voltage power transmission line work or any High-Tension electrical installation work with hands on experience to use welding machine, gas cutting machine etc. on need basis.
Should be around 25-27 years of age with pleasant appearance
Should have a two-wheeler for local commutation
Should be able to communicate both written & spoken in Hindi
