Introduction
Gilco Global delivers premium mobility solutions, including elevators, escalators, and dumbwaiters, across residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
Working in collaboration with global partners, we deliver internationally aligned engineering standards, with systems manufactured at source and compliant with European safety benchmarks such as EN81.
As we continue to expand across key infrastructure and real estate projects, we are strengthening our Sales team in Gurugram.
The Role
A high-ownership, field-driven B2B sales role focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving closures in the vertical mobility segment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Outreach
Identify and engage with builders, architects, consultants, developers, and institutional clients.
Generate and qualify leads through site visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
Track upcoming projects, tenders, and market opportunities.
Study competitor positioning to strengthen market approach.
Sales Execution & Closures
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals with internal teams.
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a structured and updated sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement.
Drive repeat and referral business.
Technical Sales Coordination
Understand and explain product specifications in a client-friendly manner.
Coordinate with internal teams on feasibility, timelines, and solutions.
Support clients in selecting appropriate configurations.
Documentation & Process Management
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and profitability benchmarks.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and Microsoft Excel.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with Design, Estimation, Projects, and Operations teams.
Participate in review meetings and align on project timelines.
Share market feedback and customer insights for continuous improvement.
Who Should Apply
Candidates with prior B2B sales experience (mandatory).
Professionals from the elevator/lift industry (preferred).
Candidates from building materials, construction, engineering, HVAC, façade, or architectural sales with strong B2B exposure.
Individuals experienced in consultative or high-value sales.
Candidates comfortable with technical discussions and client-facing roles.
Professionals with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Self-driven and comfortable managing long sales cycles.
Preferred Profile
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Own a two-wheeler for local travel.
Reside reasonably close to the Gurugram office.
Have experience working with established elevator companies.
