Job Title: Washing Machine Technician

We are looking for a Washing Machine Technician to join our team. The role involves repairing, installing, replacing, and servicing washing machines. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all machines operate efficiently. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair or replace faulty washing machine components.
Install, service, and maintain washing machines.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform troubleshooting.
Read repair manuals and coordinate with other technicians when required.
Prepare service reports and follow safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.
Source spare parts, coordinate with suppliers, and provide repair cost estimates.
Stay updated with the latest washing machine technologies and attend training/workshops.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years as a Washing Machine Technician or Appliance Repair Technician.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
Good communication skills and willingness to travel for service calls, if required.
