Job Description

We are looking for a TV Technician to join our team at Onsite Electro Services Private Limited to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and set up televisions (LED, LCD, OLED, Smart TVs) at customer locations
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in TV systems
Repair or replace defective components such as screens, circuit boards, power supplies, and speakers
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of TVs
Handle wall-mount installations and cable management
Update firmware and configure smart TV features (Wi-Fi, apps, streaming services)
Provide customer guidance on proper usage and care
Maintain service records and report completed work
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Electronics or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a TV Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and TV components
Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
Basic understanding of smart TV software and connectivity
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience

1–3 years of experience in TV repair and installation (preferred)
