Service engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain AV systems such as interactive flat panels, video walls, and conferencing solutions.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in AV setups.

• Provide on-site technical support and ensure smooth functioning of AV equipment.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customized AV solutions.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades.

• Document installation processes, service reports, and technical issues.

• Travel across multiple locations as required for installations and service calls.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in AV system installation and servicing.

• Strong knowledge of AV hardware (displays, controllers, cabling, etc.) and software (conferencing platforms, control systems).

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.

• Certifications in AV technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
