JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Daily to record log book and other registers (compressor, Generator, Battery charger) and to ensure that all records are maintained.
Ø To complete pending jobs and report to superior. To do daily technical checklist and to report with corrective action.
Ø To monitor the temperature and other Refrigeration system parameters and to report to superior in case of any deviation.
Ø To have routine Leak test and report the observations.
Ø Preventive maintenance to be completed as per schedule.
Roles & Responcibilities:
ØTo record the temperature of incoming products and to escalate the deviation.
ØTo ensure the critical issues like compressor repairs, gas charging and Reach Truck complaints are addressed timely without affecting operation and temperature.
ØTo follow the safety guidelines
ØTo Maintain all the records for ISO and other Audits
Ø To ensure that all the tools,Plant room and associated space are kept clean.
Ø To ensure all equipments and machine room always kept clean and tidy.
