We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, replacement, and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems and related security equipment. This role involves system monitoring, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal system performance at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, repair, and replace CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cabling, and accessories.
Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot system faults efficiently.
Assemble and configure required components as per site requirements.
Read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and installation guides.
Coordinate with team members and other technicians for smooth project execution.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and follow safety regulations.
Plan and carry out preventive maintenance activities.
Source spare parts, coordinate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before execution.
Stay updated with the latest CCTV technologies and attend technical training/workshops.
Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Qualification (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in CCTV installation & servicing (freshers with basic knowledge may also apply).
Good troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and clear manner to customers.
Must follow health, safety, and company regulations at all times.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
