Technician

We are looking for a Technician and Supervisors to join our team Mahindra and Mahindra to regular maintainanace and regular preventive maintainance of mobile tower equipments like SMPS, Battery and diesel generators. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Routine maintenance, and repair of mobile tower equipment, including SMPS, Battery, DG sets

• Diagnose network issues, inspect equipment, and resolve faults to ensure optimal tower performance and minimal downtime.

• Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

• Maintain logs of site activities, faults resolved, test results, and submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor or NOC team

• Coordinate with NOC teams, contractors, and vendors for site access, equipment installation, and issue rectification.

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce chances of major faults and improve network reliability

• Ensure tower site cleanliness, proper cable routing, equipment labeling, and secure placement of all components.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI/Diploama and Experience Fresher-esperiance. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
