Job Description

  • Install, test, and commission telecom equipment (BTS, antennas, feeders, routers, switches)

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom towers and network sites

  • Troubleshoot network faults related to RF, transmission, and power systems

  • Conduct fiber optic splicing, testing, and fault repair

  • Monitor alarms and resolve outages within SLA timelines

  • Carry out site audits, health checks, and documentation

  • Coordinate with NOC, vendors, and field teams for issue resolution

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and telecom standards

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and spares inventory

  • Support network upgrades, expansions, and rollout activities
