Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and dismantle telecom tower equipment (GSM, LTE, 4G, 5G)

  • Perform antenna alignment, mounting, and replacement

  • Carry out feeder and jumper cable installation, lashing, and grounding

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on towers

  • Inspect towers for structural integrity and safety compliance

  • Perform RF and LOS (Line of Sight) checks

  • Troubleshoot network and hardware issues

  • Follow safety procedures while working at heights

  • Coordinate with site engineers and NOC teams

  • Maintain daily work reports and site documentation
