We are looking for a Home Visit Team- Technicians to join our team Activline to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment, home appliances and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customers' homes to provide technical support and assistance with the installation, maintenance, and repair Customer premise equipment.
Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues with equipment and systems.
Repair or replace faulty components or parts to restore functionality and performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and product developments to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Prerequisite:
Technical certification in electronics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
