Technician

Job Title: Technician – PVR INOX

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Technician to manage routine technical operations and maintenance within the theatre. The role is execution-focused, hands-on, and critical to ensuring uninterrupted show operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain electrical, sound, and projection systems

• Attend to minor technical issues and escalate major faults on time

• Perform pre-show technical checks to avoid downtime

• Follow safety, compliance, and internal SOPs

• Provide on-ground technical support during operations

Qualification Criteria:

• 12th pass with engineering/technical-related graduation, OR

• 12th pass with a minimum of 1 year of relevant technical experience, OR

• 10th pass with ITI (technical trade)

Experience:

• Freshers are eligible (for technical graduates / ITI holders)

• Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of technical systems

• Problem-solving mindset and operational discipline

• Willingness to learn and work in shifts
