Job Description: Solar Installation Technician

Green World Energy is seeking a skilled Solar Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing solar PV systems and related electrical equipment. Your main job will be to install, repair, and maintain solar panels and related equipment. You will also help find and fix problems in solar systems to make sure they work safely and correctly

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related components.

• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and performance tests on solar PV systems.

• Diagnose system issues and perform timely troubleshooting and corrective actions.

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and installation guides.

• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other team members during installation and repair tasks.

• Prepare service reports, safety documentation, and preventive maintenance plans.

• Source necessary parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide accurate cost estimates.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

• Stay updated on industry technologies and attend relevant training or workshops.

• Manage tasks efficiently to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
