Job Description:

Position: Solar Technician Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 6 months Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar Power)

Key Responsibilities:

 Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including ground-mounted and rooftop systems.

 Perform electrical work related to solar power installations, ensuring all wiring and connections comply with safety regulations.

 Ensure proper functioning of solar systems, including cleaning and routine maintenance.

 Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

 Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when working on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Educational Qualification:

o ITI Electrician certification.

o Completed Solar PV Training (preferred).

 Experience:

o Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, or repair.

o Experience in both ground-mounted and rooftop solar installations is highly preferred.

 Technical Skills:

o Strong understanding of solar power systems, including PV panels, inverters, and electrical components.

o Familiarity with electrical wiring, safety procedures, and regulations related to solar installation.
