Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soldering Technician at AMMUNIC SYSTEMS in Bengaluru.

● The Soldering Technician will be responsible for soldering components, assembling

electronic devices, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality control in the

manufacturing process.

● Perform hand soldering of electronic components (SMT and through-hole) onto PCBs

(Printed Circuit Boards).

● Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.

● Inspect and verify solder joints to ensure IPC standards and product quality.

● Use tools such as soldering irons, hot air rework stations, microscopes, and tweezers.

● Rework and repair defective assemblies.

● Perform functional testing of assemblies as needed.

● Maintain clean and organized workstations and handle components per ESD safety

guidelines.

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma is a plus.

● 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or soldering.

● Knowledge of IPC-A-610 soldering standards preferred.

● Ability to handle microscopic components and fine-pitch soldering.

● Proficiency in Soldering techniques

● Knowledge of quality control processes

● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

● Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

● Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

● Relevant certification or training in soldering or electronics
