Job Description

  • Monitor Building Management System (BMS) panels and control systems

  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems through BMS

  • Monitor fire alarm, electrical, plumbing and other utility systems

  • Identify system faults, alarms and troubleshoot issues

  • Maintain daily log sheets and prepare reports

  • Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for repairs

  • Ensure energy-saving practices are followed

  • Perform routine inspection of building systems

  • Respond to emergency situations related to building services

  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance records
