  • Monitor Building Management System (BMS) panels and control systems.

  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems through BMS.

  • Monitor fire alarm, electrical, plumbing, and other utility systems.

  • Identify system faults, alarms, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Maintain daily log sheets and prepare reports.

  • Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for repairs.

  • Ensure energy-saving practices are followed.

  • Perform routine inspection of building systems.

  • Respond to emergency situations related to building services.

  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.
