Technical Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Technical Assistant to support technical, operational, and project-related activities. The candidate should be willing to travel locally, attend client meetings, coordinate deliveries, and assist in day-to-day technical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend pre-bid meetings, client meetings, and site visits as required.

• Coordinate and monitor material deliveries to customer locations.

• Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding project requirements.

• Maintain technical documents, reports, and project records.

• Support product testing, installation, and troubleshooting activities when required.

• Handle job-related errands, including document submissions, material collection, and other operational tasks.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain regular status updates

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel within the city for meetings, deliveries, and project-related activities.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical support, project coordination, or field operations.

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
