Service Technician (Two Wheeler)
● Diagnostic Services:
○ Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues.
○ Use computerized diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to pinpoint problems.
● Maintenance and Repair:
○ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

● Service Efficiency:
○ Complete service and repair work within the established timeframes.
○ Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards for all repairs.
○ Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
● Technical Knowledge:
○ Stay current with the latest technical information and updates from manufacturers.
○ Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
○ Utilize service manuals, wiring diagrams, and other resources for accurate repairs.
● Customer Interaction:
○ Communicate with Service Advisors to provide accurate estimates and updates on repair status.
○ Explain technical issues and repairs to customers in an understandable manner when necessary.
○ Provide recommendations for additional services based on inspection findings.
● Documentation:
○ Accurately complete service records, work orders, and other required documentation.
○ Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are documented for warranty and compliance purposes.
● Safety and Compliance:
○ Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
○ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for the disposal of hazardous materials.
