Job Description

We are looking for Service Engineer on urgent basis. You will be responsible to travel to different customer locations across Bangalore (and sometimes nearby areas) to install, fix, and maintain our equipment/machines.

Service Engineer will be having following Role/Responsibilities -

Installation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Electronic/Electrical items like DTH /Cellular Base Stations/Vehicle electronics or UPS/Inverter/Printer/Copier or AC/WaterPurifier/Refrigeration drilling etc.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or ITI in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar field service / Field Executive or technical support of at least 6 months.
Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Two-wheeler with a valid driver's license is a must.
Android mobile phone is required for communication and reporting.
Willingness to travel across all customers in Bangalore, Mangalore, and occasionally to other places as needed.
