SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR – MULTI-BRAND SERVICE CENTRE
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our Multi-Brand Service Centre.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer vehicle service inquiries and provide professional assistance.
- Inspect vehicles and understand customer requirements and concerns.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain required repairs and services to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle services.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status, repair estimates, and delivery.
- Ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain completed services and repair details to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues effectively.
- Maintain proper service records and follow up with customers after service.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–3 years as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand
- Industry: Multi-Brand Automobile Service Centre
