Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workshop/floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely service completion.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Coordinate with the service advisor and spare parts team.
Monitor technician productivity and attendance.
Handle customer concerns related to service quality when required.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
Prepare daily work reports and update management.

Requirements:

Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years of experience in an automobile workshop or service center.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and workshop management experience preferred.
