Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and experienced Service Advisor to handle customer vehicle service requirements, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle servicing process.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Prepare job cards with accurate customer and vehicle details.
Explain service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
Ensure proper vehicle inspection and documentation at the time of vehicle reception.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and service-related issues professionally.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback.
Achieve assigned service targets, labour sales, and customer satisfaction targets.
Promote value-added services, accessories, and other service packages.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service history.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle maintenance.
Basic computer knowledge and job card preparation.
Customer relationship management.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
