Car Service Advisor (Automobile)
To act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience, accurate diagnosis coordination, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction while achieving service quality and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand vehicle service/repair concerns
Open job cards and record complaints accurately
Explain service procedures, estimates, and timelines
Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repairs
Follow up on job progress and ensure timely delivery
Update customers on additional work and approvals
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
Promote AMC, value-added services, accessories, and packages
Maintain service records and CRM updates
Follow OEM and dealership SOPs and processes
