Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicle.
Accurately record issues and symptoms, and create service orders.
Explain repair and maintenance needs to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Provide estimates for service and repair costs, and obtain customer approval.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow between technicians and customers.
Monitor the status of vehicle repairs and keep customers informed of progress.
Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of parts.
Upsell recommended maintenance services to improve vehicle longevity and performance.
Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards resolution.
Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Meet performance targets including service revenue, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time.
