Position: Service Advisor

Exp: Freshers - 11Yrs

Location: All across Bangalore

JD:

1. A Service advisor acts as the main point of contact between customers and the service department.

2. Involves understanding the customer vehicle issues, advising on maintenance and repairs.

3. Preparing job card and ensuring high levels of Customer satisfaction.

4. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

5. Provide accurate cost estimates and regular service updates.

6. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and follow ups.

7. Handling customer complaints and resolving the issues.

8. Required qualification – Diploma in Mechanical, BE in Mechanical, ITI.

Salary: 18500 Gross to bases on experience + Incentives

Others: Direct Payroll & Good Working Environment
