Service advisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily service operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, driving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of technicians and service advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department

• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of complaints

• Manage and motivate service advisors and technicians

• Monitor service quality, productivity, and efficiency

• Schedule work, allocate resources, and manage workflow

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

• Track service KPIs, revenue targets, and operational costs

• Coordinate with parts, sales, and management teams

• Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. (preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to manage budgets, reports, and performance metrics

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering or related field (preferred)

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
