Service advisor

We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at A To Z Enterprises to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 25,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.
• Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.
• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.
• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.
• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
