Job Description

We are looking for a skilled technician with hands-on experience in LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery systems and solar lighting products.

Key Responsibilities:

Cell balancing of LiFePO4 battery packs
Cell spotting (spot welding) and proper cell assembly
Soldering of battery connections and BMS integration
Checking Internal Resistance (IR) of LiFePO4 cells
Testing and quality inspection of solar lights
Basic troubleshooting of battery and lighting systems

Required Skills:

Experience working with LiFePO4 batteries
Knowledge of BMS (Battery Management System)
Familiarity with multimeters, IR testers, and battery analyzers
Good soldering and spot welding skills
Understanding of safety standards for lithium batteries
