Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee end-to-end property maintenance operations across multiple residential sites.

This is a senior field-based role that involves vendor coordination, quality inspection, cost monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities. The role requires both office coordination and regular site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end maintenance operations across assigned properties

• Review maintenance requests and prioritize work based on urgency

• Assign tasks to vendors and monitor service quality

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits

• Verify completion of work and approve service reports

• Monitor repair costs and validate material usage

• Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive maintenance solutions

• Handle escalations from tenants and internal teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports

• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred

• 3–6 years of experience in property maintenance, facility management, construction supervision, or real estate operations

• Strong knowledge of civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works

• Experience in vendor management and cost control

• Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with regular field visits and site supervision

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Salary & Benefits

• ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (CTC), based on experience
