ST (Service Technician) – Job Description

Position: Service Technician (ST)

Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain RO water purifiers.

Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

Demonstrate product usage to customers.

Maintain service records and reports.

Achieve assigned service targets.

Requirements: ITI / Diploma / Plus Two preferred.

Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
