Repair Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Repair & Rework Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective electronic products and components rejected during the production or quality testing phase. The ideal candidate will ensure high-yield rates by fixing hardware defects efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 with growth opportunities.

  • Defect Diagnosis: Analyze and troubleshoot faulty electronic products, PCBA boards, and components to identify the root cause of failure.

  • Precision Repair: Perform precision soldering, desoldering, and component replacement (SMD/Through-hole) on micro-components and wiring.

  • Testing & Validation: Use testing equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and functional jigs to verify that repaired products meet specifications.

  • Scrap Reduction: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to salvage components and minimize material waste.

  • Data Logging: Record repair data, failure trends, and component usage in the daily tracking log.

  • Tool Care: Maintain and calibrate rework stations, soldering irons, and testing fixtures daily.

Job Requirements:

• Education: ITI Certification or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics product repair or mobile accessory rework.

• Technical Skills: Exceptional component-level soldering skills (experience with SMD rework stations is highly preferred).

• Schematics: Ability to read basic electronic circuit diagrams and technical schematics.

• Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and a strong focus on quality.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
