Job Description – Production Associate

Position: Production Associate / Trainee

Department: Production & Assembly

Location: Plant Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines and assembly line equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain daily production targets as per company requirements.

Perform quality checks during production process.

Follow SOPs, safety rules, and company guidelines.

Support supervisors in manpower and production activities.

Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and 5S on the shop floor.

Report any machine issue, quality issue, or safety concern immediately.

Ensure proper material handling and avoid wastage.

Work in shifts and support team operations whenever required.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th pass candidates can apply.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing or assembly line work preferred.

Good teamwork and discipline.

Ability to work under production pressure and targets.
