Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Technician / Electrician responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic civil/plumbing/HVAC support activities. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day maintenance and repair work at sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities
Handle wiring, DB dressing, MCB replacement, and electrical repairs
Support basic plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance work
Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues on time
Conduct preventive maintenance activities
Ensure proper functioning of equipment and utilities
Maintain service reports and site documentation
Follow safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant trade
1–4 years of experience in maintenance/service field
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to use electrical tools and testing equipment
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Willingness to travel/site work if required

Preferred Skills:

Wireman license preferred
Experience in commercial or facility maintenance
Knowledge of safety practices and preventive maintenance
