• Perform routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

• Respond to daily maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

• Conduct basic troubleshooting and repairs under supervision

• Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions immediately to the TL or Manager

• Ensure tools and equipment are in working condition; maintain cleanliness in the maintenance area

• Log completed tasks as per standard operating procedure

• Follow hotel safety standards, emergency protocols, and energy conservation practices
