iPhone Mobile Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced iPhone Mobile Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Apple iPhone devices. The candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile hardware and software troubleshooting, screen replacement, battery replacement, charging issues, motherboard-level repairs, and customer handling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair iPhone hardware and software issues.

• Replace damaged screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components.

• Perform motherboard-level troubleshooting and repairs.

• Install and update iOS software when required.

• Test devices after repair to ensure proper functionality.

• Maintain repair records and inventory of spare parts.

• Provide technical support and explain repair solutions to customers.

• Follow company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience in iPhone repair and mobile servicing.

• Knowledge of mobile hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to perform chip-level and motherboard repairs (preferred).

• Familiarity with repair tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
