Job Description

Role Overview

LWC is looking for skilled Watch Technicians to handle repair, servicing, and maintenance of watches across our brand portfolio at the Karol Bagh store. The role requires hands-on technical expertise and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

● Diagnose and repair mechanical, quartz, and automatic watch movements

● Perform battery replacement, strap/bracelet adjustment, glass and crown repairs

● Carry out watch servicing, cleaning, and water-resistance testing

● Maintain accurate job cards and repair records for every unit received

● Coordinate with brand-authorized service centers for warranty repairs when required

● Ensure repaired watches meet quality standards before handover to customers

● Maintain tools, equipment, and workstation as per safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

● Prior experience as a watch technician/repairer (retail or service center background preferred)

● Sound knowledge of mechanical and quartz movements, common watch brands, and repair tools

● Attention to detail and precision handling of delicate components

● Basic record-keeping and communication skills
