Job Description

🔹 Mechanical Maintenance

Perform maintenance of extruders, reactors, pelletizers, dryers, compressors, and pumps
Maintain gearboxes, bearings, valves, pipelines, and conveyors
Handle alignment, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts

🔹 Electrical & Instrumentation (basic support)

Assist in troubleshooting motors, sensors, PLC systems, and control panels
Check and maintain temperature, pressure, and flow instruments

🔹 Preventive Maintenance

Follow scheduled PM plans for all equipment
Maintain checklists and maintenance logs
Reduce downtime through proactive inspection

🔹 Breakdown Maintenance

Quickly diagnose and repair faults in PP & PET processing equipment
Minimize production loss and restore operations efficiently

🔹 Utilities Maintenance

Maintain chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers
Monitor utility performance and efficiency

🔹 Safety & Compliance

Follow plant safety rules, PPE usage, and permit systems
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards

⚙️ Equipment Knowledge (Preferred):

Extrusion systems (single/twin screw)
Polymer handling systems
Vacuum systems and dryers
Hydraulic & pneumatic systems

🧠 Skills Required:

Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of mechanical systems & basic electricals
Ability to read drawings and manuals
Teamwork and communication
