We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Keys On Rent. The role involves carrying out maintenance and repair work across our managed properties, ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000, along with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and resolve maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other civil work.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify maintenance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of property facilities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.
Maintain records of maintenance work and materials used.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
0–2 years of experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, civil work, or a similar role.
Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
Ability to work independently and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
