Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lucent Clean Energy to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery. Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.

• Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.

• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

• Removing old equipment and installing new machines.

• Providing technical support and training on new equipment.

• Responding to customer call-outs.

• Adhering to all safety and performance regulations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

• Read the repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma and 0.5 - 3 years of experience.Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.

• Ability to read system schematics.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills.

• Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.

• Good communication and training skills.

• Ability to work with heavy equipment.
