Service engineer

We are hiring Field Service Engineers/Technicians in the above-mentioned locations within Gujarat. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are ready to build a career in maintenance or technician role. Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of training and must be open to field visits as assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Candidate must have their own vehicle (2-wheeler) with a valid driving license and be willing to travel to the specified and nearby locations. (max. distance could be up to 80-100kms. As per our customer’s location)

Locations: Ahmedabad, Ganndhidham, Morbi, Ankleswar, Vapi, Surat, Jamnagar

Key Responsibilities

• These Engineers will receive a call from our customers & based on that, they need to visit the Customer/Industrial site.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of machines based on our divisions (Mechanical, Electric, Diesel, Hydraulics systems & many more…)

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

• Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely service.

• Maintain accurate service logs and reports.

• Support the service team and provide assistance at client sites when required.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant discipline (for our Voltas division).

• Diploma Electrical only (for our Cummins division)

• ITI or Diploma Electrical only (for our JCB division), experience preferred rather than freshers

• 0-4 years of experience in equipment maintenance or servicing.

• Willingness to travel for field service as per management instructions.

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems (training will be provided).

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
