Maintenance Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance In-Charge to oversee plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth operation of machinery and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.

### Position Details

• Designation: Maintenance In-Charge

• Qualification: Engineering Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Fitter)

• Experience:

• Minimum 5 years for ITI candidates

• Minimum 3 years for Diploma candidates

• Industry Preference: Manufacturing Industry

### Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and machinery.

• Knowledge of earthing systems and electrical connections for various machines.

• Electrical cabling management across manufacturing facilities.

• Calculation and monitoring of plant power requirements (KVA).

• Understanding and maintenance of Main Panels and Sub Panels.

• Power factor monitoring and control.

• Spare parts inventory and maintenance management.

• Understanding machine mechanisms and preventive maintenance practices.

• Breakdown analysis and effective downtime control.

• Supervising maintenance activities and guiding technicians.

• Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
