Job Description:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment.

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Inspect machines, pumps, valves, pipelines, reactors, agitators, compressors, and utility equipment regularly.

Diagnose mechanical faults and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.

Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and equipment history sheets.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize machine downtime.

Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the maintenance work area.

Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
