Job Summary:
we are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager with a strong Electrical/Electronics background to oversee overall operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, coordinating site activities, handling contractors, and ensuring smooth execution of all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of elevator installation, maintenance, and service activities
Manage and allocate manpower effectively across multiple sites
Coordinate and supervise contractors and site teams
Ensure timely completion of on-site work as per project schedules
Monitor work progress and maintain quality standards
Handle and streamline all executive-level tasks and operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Act as a point of contact between management, site teams, and clients
Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions on-site
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry
Strong knowledge of elevator installation, servicing, and maintenance
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle multiple sites and teams simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in managing site operations
Ability to handle contractors and workforce efficiently
Result-oriented with strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel to different sites if required
